Please read the below carefully so you are aware of the terms and conditions for accessing services.

Payment

Payment for individual services (initial assessments, therapy and reviews) are required in advance. These will be invoiced at the time of booking. If payment is not received before the 48hours prior to the session, the session(s) will be cancelled.

Cancelled sessions will be refunded as per the conditions below.

Payment on invoices to schools and companies is required within 14 days.

Travel

There will be no charge for mileage unless the round trip exceeds 20 miles from your therapist's base address/location.

For additional mileage, there will be a £0.50 per mile charge. All mileage is calculated using GoogleMaps

Missed/
cancelled sessions

There will be no charge for sessions cancelled before 17:00 the previous day.

After this time a charge of 50% may be required.

Missed sessions, such as if your therapist arrives at your child's school or home and they are unavailable will be charged in full.

If there are multiple cancelled or missed sessions, in a block of therapy, your therapist may have to withdraw their services.

If your therapist has to cancel a session, they will let you know as soon as possible and this can be rearranged or refunded, according to your preference.

Ending services

It’s important to discuss and agree on an appropriate end point for therapy with your therapist.

Parents and carers can choose to discontinue services at any time.

Therapists may also withdraw services when necessary. Common reasons include: no further sessions being recommended, non-adherence to payment terms, or a lack of contact for 16 weeks.
